Energy En proposed policy measures to prevent large corporations from circumventing subcontracting laws, in support of fair cooperation between large companies and SMEs.

The proposal called for legal amendments to prevent large corporations from circumventing the Subcontracting Act through the application of foreign laws, and to require compensation for damages caused by such circumvention
